If you do not fill out the mandatory information required then you will not be able to submit the form.

Phone

When you contact Uniplus by phone, we collect your phone number and any other information that you provide to your Account Handler, this information is recorded in order for us to process your request or inquiry. We do not record phone calls.

Post

When you contact Uniplus by post we collect any information that you send in your communication, this allows us to process your request or inquiry.
